Summer Learning Journey Activity 2 Day 2 Week 3

Hello bloggers,
Today we are going to talk about sinks. Not the sinks that produce water but sinks that takes away stuff we don't want. For example some forests take away carbon dioxide and that is amazing! I have to imagine that I have a sink that can suck the foods that I don't want away. I have to tell you what I would put in that sink.

I would put rice because we have it for lunch everyday and I need a change for once and now the taste is bland now since I have eaten it so much. Yogurt to because it is really slimy and it just tastes disgusting. My sister makes disgusting noises when she has it in her mouth which make me not want to eat it. Strawberries because to me they are sour. Cooked tomatoes because they look disgusting and taste like raw pumpkin.

Thank you for coming to my blog. Please give me feedback. What would you put in your magical sink. Comment it. BYE!!

  1. Hi Vitaraag,

It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team.

It's quite clear what foods you don't care for - rice, yogurt, strawberries and raw pumpkin. I've found that people's lists are very different - it's fascinating.

Some people love strawberries and some dislike them, some love all things pumpkin and some dislike it intensely. It tell us that everyone's taste buds are unique to them. It's chemistry, really! I hope you get a chance to eat foods you love and that you aren't required to eat too many of those that you don't.

In my sink I'd put cooked spinach. I just can't handle the smell or the taste of it and yet I love fresh spinach salads. Go figure!!

I'm glad that you're working away so steadily at these activities and I'll continue to enjoy reading your blog.

    Cheers,

    Leslie
