Hello bloggers,
Jacinda Ardern is the second youngest prime minister of New Zealand. On top of that she is also the second woman prime minister in New Zealand. The other being Jenny Shipley. She has done many amazing things for NZ. Did you know that she is one of the only prime ministers that actually replys to kids emails. So today I will show you what I would show her.
Dear Jacinda,
I've noticed that people are littering a lot everywhere. I've noticd a big impact on space. A lot of the places I go to are doing construction. I feel like it is a bad thing for our environment. Maybe we could add a rubbish bin in lots of local places. Construction is not good so maybe we could have a limit of how many buildings can be constructed a year or something. I just feel like all of these things are wrong for our planet. This is our only planet and we should take care of it. If we lose this planet our human race might never live again.
I hope you enjoyed my blog post. If you have any comments or feedback please feel free to leave it in the comments. What is a problem you found? BYE!!
Good Morning Vitaraag,
ReplyDeleteYou are zooming through this programme so fast! I always see you at home busy and excited to complete another activity, keep it up!
That's such an informative letter! I like the way you included experiences and things you've noticed. You are right that this is our only planet and that we should take care. It's a little scary thinking that one day we might not live anymore, don't you think?
The idea you added to help people stop littering is excellent! Sometimes I have to walk kilometres to find a bin. Although there may be lots of rubbish bins, some people still do decide to litter anyways. This is why I think we should also educate people on what is really happening and what will happen to our planet. Do you agree?
Overall, great post! Don't stop the constant effort!

Hi Vitaraag,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that Jacinda Ardern is one of few prime ministers that responds to children's emails to her. I also found it interesting that you said she's the second woman prime minister of New Zealand, with Jenny Shipley being the first. Have you heard of Helen Clark?
