Summer Learning Journey Week 1 Day 4 Activity 1

Hello bloggers,
Have you heard about Venus and Serena Williams. Serena is ranked as the top woman athlete in terms of pay. Serena is ranked 5th best woman athlete in pay aswell. Even though Serena is ranked top in womans aout of all athletes she is ranked 51th. If that was not enough Venus dosen't even make it in to the top 100th. I watched a video and learned some things about them. Here are three facts.



  1. Serena is ranked 51th best athlete. (That's really impressive)
  2. Venus and Serena are just trying to make a diffrence for women in the next generation.
  3. Serena and Venus Williams are siblings (Sisters).

      Hello Kueni,

      Oops, I forgot to include them! Anyways, I thought about one thing I would want to know about them. I came up with 'What was their best round in tennis history, and what was so amazing about it?'.

    I liked how you said that Venus and Serena Williams are trying to make a difference for women. I also liked how you said that it was impressive that Serena is 51st on the highest paid athletes list. Would you want to play tennis professionally?
