Today we are going to talk about gardens and plants. Polluted river are bad for the environment. Plants act like filters and absorb some of the pollution in the river. That is why it is important to plant gardens. I have to list 10 veggies, fruits, or herbs that I would plant in a garden.
- Potatoes because they are my favorite vegetable
- Oranges because they are really sweet or sour
- Watermelon
- Green apples because they are sour/Red apple
- Pineapples because they are yellow and I love them
- Banana because the ones in the store are sprayed with chemicals
- Carrot because they are good for your eyes
- Broccoli because they are really healthy for you
- Lettuce
- Zucchini
Kia Ora Vitaraag,
ReplyDeleteI’m Dani, I’m a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey. I grew up in Northland then I moved down to Auckland to study and now I live in Three Kings. I normally spend my time in the Kaikohekohe cluster but we decided I should see some of the awesome posts in the Ako Hiko cluster! I am looking forward to spending some time in Ako Hiko and I hope to see some great posts!
Yum, your garden sounds like it is filled with so many delicious fruit and vegetables. Tino pai for adding a reason for why you wanted to grow each one. I prefer green apples over red apples as well. I love that they are always crispy and slightly sour. What is your favourite fruit or vegetable? One of my favourite fruits is bananas because they can be used in some many different ways, I had one this morning in my smoothie.
I look forward to reading more of your blog soon!
Blog ya later,
Dani
