Summer Learning Journey Activity 1 Day 4 Week 4

Hello bloggers,
Today we are going to talk about endangered animals. People around the world are trying to help stop animals from becoming extinct Forest & Bird New Zealand are trying their hardest to keep animals on this planet. I have to image that I got hired by Forest & Bird New Zealand to make a campaign with a slogan to get people to save endangered animals.

Its only one so make it fun
This campaign is about sea lions. I picked it because I love marine animals

Thank you for coming to my blog. Please give me feedback. BYE!!

  1. Hi Vitaraag,

It's Leslie here, writing to you from Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. I'm enjoying reading your blog - you're working very hard at the activities, I can see.

I love the picture of the sea lion that you've chosen to champion with your campaign slogan. I think you have the right idea about "make it fun" because we often try to raise money to protect animals by giving a scary message. While it's true that there's a lot to be concerned about in terms of the dangers facing many species, it's also true that people are motivated to help when they feel good about what they're doing. So suggesting that people have fun while working to protect one type of animal is a great idea!

Have you ever had a chance to see sea lions in their natural habitat? Do you travel to the beaches around Auckland on weekends or holidays?

I hope you're having fun on your summer break from school!! So important. And I hope you'll continue with the Summer Learning Journey activities. It's fun for me to read your blog!!

    Cheers,

    Leslie

My name is Araura (Your probably fimiliar with me now)But I go to Wesley primary school. I am also taking part in the Summer Learning journey.

I love the slogan that you have chosen it says a lot about your animal/creature. I would have helped if you could have added a little more detail.

I love how the slogan kind of matches the sea creature.

Maybe you could have added a little more pictures but that's ok.

Anyways keep up the amazing world

    Thanks
    Araura :-)
