Summer Learning Journey Week 3 Day 5 Activity 1

Hello bloggers,
Have you every heard of things like the Ministry of health , education etc? Well if you don't here is what they do. They are people who give sugestions to the government. That was a really small explanation. Anyways, there is a Ministry called the Ministry of Inspiration. This Minstry is all about getting kids more into STEAMS (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Society). It is held in Nelson, New Zealand. They have many fun activities, but none are as popular as the aquabot competetion. This is basicially where you control robots underwater. On with the activity, I watched a video about pasifika aquabots. I was asked to decide whether or not I would join a underwater robotics team. Here is my explanation.

I would 100% join an underwater robotics team. Firstly, I would probably never have this opportunity offered to me again, and you should always take the opportunity if you're able to. Secondly, it is an amazing chance to learn something other people might not know, like how to control and manoeuver robots underwater! Thirdly, it would be really, really fun. It might be difficult at some times, but then that is a chance to learn new things and experience something exciting and different.

I hope you enjoyed my blog post. If you have any feedback, please dont hesitate to leve it down in the comments. Would you take this opportunity, why or why not? BYE!!

  1. Tēnā koe Vitaraag, how has your day been today?

Thanks for doing week three, day five, activity one! I like that you’ve reworded the information about the Ministry of Inspiration, I found that to be a useful introduction to your activity. I had never heard of the Ministry of Inspiration or Aquabots before this activity but I reckon it’s a pretty cool and unique idea, and the people who came up with this idea are doing an amazing job, would you agree?

I like how you are always keen to learn new things Vitaraag - I can see this coming through in your posts, it is a great quality to have as you go through life! There is always so much more to learn.

    Have a great afternoon,
    Eliza :)

  2. Hi Vitaraag,
I liked how you said that you would join an underwater robotics team because it'd be an opportunity to learn something new. I also liked how you said that said that it'd be an amazing skill that many other people might not know, like how to control and manoeuvre robots underwater. Would you join a land robotics team?
