Digital ignition programme

Hello bloggers,
Today we had a lesson about programming with a person called Gary. He taught us that programming is using CSI and that stands for clear step by step instructions. He talked about algorithms bugs and debugging. He said the algorithms are like rhythms. He also said that bugs are when something digital needs more programming to make it do exactly what you want it to do and that debugging is when you fix the problem by doing more programming on your digital device. Gary also said it can be as simple as making a paper air plane so we made it and then threw it and he said they went different distances because we programmed them in a different way.

Marae trip to Lynfield College

Hello bloggers,
Last Friday we went to Lynfield College for a marae visit I did some writing about it. Can you please give me some feedback?

Marae trip to Lynfield College

Last Friday we went to Lynfield College for a marae visit because it was
matariki. When we arrived there we entered Lynfield College.

We walked past class windows and I could hear people cheering and getting
distracted from their work because we were walking noisily to the marae.

When we were entering the marae some students from Lynfield College were
performing a powhiri as we were walking into the marae. I liked when we
learned the haka. I liked it because now I know multiple hakas and it was a
completely different haka to the other one I had learned.

Thank you for checking out my blog make sure to come back sometime and
check out the updated version of what I have been doing.
Can you please give me feedback on my writing. Bye!!

What Respect means in Harris class

Hello bloggers,
we were doing an explanation on what respect means in our class(Harris Class)
Can you please give me feedback.

What does respect mean in our class?
Respect is a way of showing someone, something that you're thinking very carefully about them or
something. It is a very important value that is deemed to be a trait to others.

Respect can be shown in many different ways. For example you can use your manners listen to someone etc.

Manners is a ways of showing someone that you appreciate what their doing. Respect can also mean sharing

your ideas to others so they can elaborate or use that idea in their writing. Respect is usually reciprocated.

For example if someone needs help and you help them when you need help they will usually help you.

Respect means using appropriate words at the right time. You use compliments that are true. For example

if someone is having a bad day you can maybe affect them so that they have a happy day by telling them a

compliment. If someone is having trouble doing something and you want them to do it by themself you can
use encouraging words to let them know that they can do it.

If you are being respected you should respect them to. When you are respected you feel valued and in

control. When someone is upset give them their personal space. When you do something to respect another

person you feel refreshed and helpful. When you are respected you feel safe and comfortable.

When you feel important then you become copy the person that respected you.

Respect it not free it has to be earned and now you know how to earn respect.

Please five me feedback and remember to comment.BYE!!

The Mana performance

Hello bloggers,
Today we saw a performance named Mana. The person performing for us was named Bernard. He talked about challenges and that everyone has one or more challenge. When we complete a challenge then we get stronger.

He said if you have a talent then share it or else you will lose it. He also said to face your challenges one by one or else you will get to frustrated and give up. Bernard also said to find out all of your family's stories because that is what makes you understand your parents more and tell your grandparents because they have hundreds of more stories about them.

Has Bernard ever been to your school?
